Structure introduction:

The shell of this series of well type nitriding furnace is welded by steel plate and section steel, the lining is made of light weight, high strength and energy saving firebrick, and the outer lining is sandwiched with high purity ceramic fiber composite insulation. The heating element is made of high temperature resistance wire with long life design and is equipped with a stainless steel tank in the furnace. In order to improve the sealing and heat preservation performance of well type nitriding furnace, double water cooling furnace tank cover is adopted, rubber seal is adopted, and pressure bolt is installed. Simple operation, high security. The furnace cover is provided with a sampling pipe, an exhaust pipe and an input pipe on the upper side wall of the furnace tank for ammonia gas input, and a special exhaust pipe is provided.
