Introduction of the structure
The main structure of this series of box-type resistance furnace is composed of furnace shell, furnace lining, furnace door lifting device and electric heating element. The furnace shell is made of Angle steel and section steel welded together. The workshop inside the furnace shell is made of refractory materials. Between the shell and the workshop is filled with aluminum silicate refractory fiber for heat preservation and expanded perlite. The heating element is made of high resistance alloy wire wound with resistance wire mounted on the wall of the furnace on either side of the workshop and on the wire tile at the bottom of the furnace. The bottom plate of the furnace is cast with heat-resistant alloy steel. The lifting of the furnace door is carried out by hand wheel. On the left side of the furnace door there is a balance hammer barrel. The iron is placed in the hammer barrel according to the weight of the furnace door to adjust the weight. There is a safety device circuit breaker above the furnace door, interlocked with the wheel shaft. When the door is opened, the power supply of the electric furnace is cut off to ensure the safety of operators. Open thermocouple hole on the top plate of the furnace, put the thermocouple into the studio when using, control and adjust the temperature of the studio through the control cabinet of the electric furnace.
